My school would still impart the skills of reading, writing and arithmetic on young minds. There is just no way you can live in modern society without those skills. Since knowing foreign languages is really useful, They would also have to deal with two out of a choice of the 10 most spoken languages in the world: Mandarin Chinese, English (duh!), Spanish, Hindi, Standard Arabic, Russian, Bengali, Portuguese, Indonesian and Japanese. They would learn these from a very young age, thus, their competency should develop quickly. Another gift I would impart on students from a very early age is philosophy and logic. Whatever else they want to learn, I would provide them with competent teachers.
What they would definitely get is six hours of physical training every week. No excuses. You would have to injure yourself really badly for my PT instructors to let you off the hook completely.
This would all happen in my Brave New World.
Oh yeah, at the age of 14, students would be able to opt to move into the dorm to get away from their parents. At 17, their education should be complete, and they could opt for vocational training or qualify for further education. At this stage, physical training would be optional, but very much encouraged.
